Rainy Days is a fingerstyle acoustic guitar instrumental by Mauro Caprile, inspired by the way autumn rain changes the appearance of familiar places.

As summer gives way to autumn, the green of the countryside and city parks gradually fades into warmer colours. The sea takes on a different character, its surface becoming a quiet expanse of grey and blue. These observations form the starting point for Caprile's composition.

In his original reflections on the piece, Mauro imagines falling raindrops as the notes of a guitar arpeggio. It is a simple connection between the natural world and his instrument, rooted in the landscapes that have long influenced his writing.
